This is a su-er simple and quick way to make ice cream without a machine just a tin or tub of caramel and 300ml of double cream whisked together then just add the flavours of your choice, I use rum and raisins you can add flaked salt for salted caramel just tastes as you go until it works. Then pop it in a tub and in the freezer for 8-12 hours and there you are amazing ice cream and it’s even soft scoop if you add alcohol that makes it freeze less 👍
