In our fourth episode of Two Joints Jody and I started with no agenda, and ended up having a deep discussion about my most recent macrodose mushroom session. During my listen-back, I realized it was left unclear how many mushrooms I took. While it isn’t super important, many of you are interested in macrodosing beyond 5 grams…so, it is relevant to the episode! I did NOT listen to my guide, and I consumed 10 grams (as Jody’s magical potion). I probably should have listened to my guide, however, I would not undo the session as it unfolded. One other point we missed to touch on in the episode is the weight of the institution of religion, specifically catholic christianity. The link to how many of us were parented, and now parent, is undeniably linked to the worldview that includes original sin, the need for commandments, and a higher (masculine) power figure.
