Ingredients

2 cups of rolled oats = 90 gr. X cup
1/3 cup of grated coconut = 35 gr.
1/3 cup of walnuts = 30 gr.
1/3 cup of Almonds = 40 gr.
1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds. = 41.9 gr.
1/3 cup of peanuts = / 30 gr.
1/3 cup of raisins = 30gr.
1 tablespoon of flaxseed = 9.45 gr.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil = 45ml
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 4 gr.
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence 15 ml.
3/4 cup of honey = 177 ml.
WAX PAPER TO SPREAD THE BARS
Put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours to confirm them!
