I hope you all enjoy this soul food cabbage with less oil. This is a healthy soul food cabbage recipe that is lighter than your typical fried cabbage recipe. However it does not lack flavor! Hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients
1 head cabbage
red bell peppers
2 onions
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp- 1 1/2 tsp honey (adjust to taste, depends on how sweet the cabbage is)
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp garlic butter seasoning
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup water or chicken broth

Note: adjust all seasoning to taste! Meat can been added if desired. Sautee turkey bacon or turkey andouille sausage in the skillet before layering and placing in the oven; proceed with the rest of the recipe. cabbge can be baked in the oven or done on the stove, baking in the oven can be useful it the oven is already turned on making other dishes. otherwise, stovetop is fine; just giving options.
