I used to dip cucumbers once a year.
These days, I soak it little by little and eat it steadily.
It's a cucumber without water. It's simple.

Oige dipping material (based on 200 ml)
30 cucumbers
2,5 cups salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown vinegar
250 ml oligosaccharide
20 chungyang peppers
