15 btg cili kering

1/2 biji bwg holland
1 btg kayu manis
1 bunga lawang
2 buah pelaga
2 bunga cengkih
2 tangkai daun kari
2 helai daun pandan
1 pokok daun ketumbar
1sb rempah kari daging
1sk serbuk jintan manis
garam
1sk serbuk jintan halus

1 1/2 sb minyak sapi
bwg goreng
kicap lemak manis
