10 oz shredded meat
1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
Some white pepper
1/2 Tbsp water

*Fried pork chop:
3 pieces pork chop
Part 1 marinated pork:
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 1/2 Tbsp water
Part 2 marinated pork:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
Some white pepper
1 tsp sugar

Sauce mix:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
Some black pepper
1/3 cup water

6 oz onion
