Ingredients for 15cm
340g cream cheese
85g Granulated sugar
Egg (whole egg) 100g
1 yolk (18g)
260g animal whipped cream
Sweet corn 200g
Sweet corn 60g (In batter + topping)
8g corn starch

✔Refer to the video to make corn cream and use 320g.
✔ Sweet corn tastes better when cooked in a microwave rather than steamed in a steamer. Canned corn can be replaced after removing the moisture.
✔Preheated to 230 degrees and baked at 200 degrees for 30 minutes (based on convection oven)
✔ Cool completely at room temperature and store in the refrigerator.
