Delicious and filling goulash soup, according to a Hungarian recipe. Strongly red pepper and aromatic. ingredients:
about 1 kg of beef
3 peppers
2 onions,
4-5 potatoes
2 carrots,
2 parsley
a few cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of smoked ground paprika
half a teaspoon of chilli,
1 teaspoon of ground cumin,
2 bay leaves,
salt and pepper
half a cup of mash
3 tablespoons of lard
