I chose these points because I strongly believe that our mindsets about our womanhood determines how we perceive our womanhood, how we express our womanhood, the possibilities we believe are available to us and how we treat ourselves or allow others treat us.

It is my prayer and desire that this episode pulls down false narratives, toxic beliefs and unhelpful strongholds that your mind has consciously or subconsciously held on to about your womanhood.
