It is a delicious kimbap made with kimchi and tuna.
The kimchi is well-washed, squeezed, and mixed with perilla oil, so it's very savory.
Remove the oil from the tuna and season with mayonnaise and pepper.

Fresh spinach, crunchy carrots, and soft egg yolks make gimbap as thick as a fist and bursting with flavor.

4 sheets of seaweed
1 can of tuna (150g)
5 eggs
half a carrot
half a bunch of spinach
8 perilla leaves
Appropriate amount of old paper
sugar 1T
1T mayonnaise
1 tsp black pepper
Fish soy sauce 1T
a little cooking oil
a pinch of salt
a little sesame oil
Perilla Oil Appropriate amount
