A dessert that is perfect for this period! The scents it gives off remind us of autumn! A mix of flavors that together enhance each other. I preferred to make the dough with Shortcrust pastry which is much more crumbly and good in my opinion!
Try it, you can also make biscuits with it as you can see in the video!

🌡️ 185° Static 180° Fan assisted for about 25 - 30 minutes

📝 Ingredients:
• 250 g 00 Flour
• 100 g Butter
• 100 g Icing sugar
• 1 Egg (medium)
• 10 g Baking powder for
cakes
• Orange (zest)
• 1 pinch Salt

For the filling
• 2 Apples
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 10 Walnuts
• 40 g Raisins
• Grated orange
• Squeezed lemon
