In this video I’m introducing my 5 Day Love Language Challenge. Feel a little bit closer a week from now by completing one short easy assignment a day for 5 days in a row.

This challenge is based on the research of Dr. John Gottman as well as Gary Chapman's book, The Five Love Languages, and my book, Love Is an Action Verb.

Healthy relationships are not built with conflict resolution skills or shared interests or hobbies, they thrive from solid friendships and treating each other lovingly. I kid you not, it is way simpler than it seems.

2️⃣ Share the video with your partner and let them know you plan to complete this challenge (it will work even if they don't do it as well, but obviously better if they do)

4️⃣ Watch the assignment video and complete it within 24 hours
5️⃣ At the end of the week, talk to your partner to learn what worked and what didn't
