➡️ This is Day 3 of the 5 Day Love Language Challenge

Todays Challenge is Acts of Service

Gary Chapman emphasizes that many people feel that "actions speak louder than words." Even though you are good at juggling all the moving pieces in your life, it's nice to have someone help you out. Not because you need help, but because you feel loved when people lend a hand.

Your assignment is to jump in and do something for your partner to lighten their load.

Here are some examples:

➡️ Do one of their household chores for them (ie grocery shopping, cleaning the cat litter, folding and putting away their laundry)
➡️ Prepare a beverage or meal for them (choose something they usually prep on their own).
➡️ Ask them if they need help with anything

Healthy relationships are not built with conflict resolution skills or shared interests or hobbies, they thrive from solid friendships and treating each other lovingly. I kid you not, it is way simpler than it seems.

Follow these three steps every day for 5 days to complete the 5 Day Love Language Challenge

1️⃣ Watch the videos
2️⃣ Share them with your partner
3️⃣ Complete your daily assignment within 24 hours

Most of all: HAVE FUN ❣️
