Hello and welcome, I am Marta, and on this channel, we delve into the art of emotional regulation: meditation, mental discipline, self-love, and self-observation.

In this video, I would like to start a conversation about our own beliefs. We might not be aware of them at the moment, but there are inner assumptions within us that shape our behaviour. Limiting beliefs and empowering beliefs are part of everyone’s concept of self and can influence our behaviours, emotions, and interactions with others. We will explore why they matter, how they start, and then how to figure out what beliefs we hold about ourselves and how to overcome those we find redundant in our lives.
