With the weather warming up and the river water becoming clearer by the day, the time is right to start flicking lures around! This short but productive session proved that the fish are ready and willing to start smashing lures, and with cod season only 2 weeks away this is most welcome news. I might have only landed 1 golden perch, but my hopes for the summer fishing season are through the roof.
