in 2012, I created the hashtag #TheAfghanistanYouNeverSee on Twitter. I conceived it to show the world that there is a lot more to Afghanistan than the constant stream of videos and photos that the mainstream media show of the conflict there. Aftrer coverage in the Sunday Mirror, the hashtag went viral and I was invited by London Ad Agency Arnold KLP to give a talk on crowdsourcing. This is the ad they created to generate interest and invite people.
