What is ENJIN?

ENJIN is a complete NFT blockchain solution. Their tagline is Next-gen NFTs for Everyone.

ENJIN is not a new company. Before they even started the NFT side of their business, they’ve been serving gamers since 2008 and that side of their business has over 19 millions customers. https://www.enjin.com/

So right off the bat, we have a company that already has an established community, which will lend well to network adoption.

Enough about the past, let’s talk NOW.

What is going on under the hood.

ENJIN is mainly focused today on NFTs in the video gaming space.

The original ENJIN token is build on Ethereum.

They just released a layer 2 solution, called JumpNet that allows partners like Microsoft’s Azure Heroes to transact on JumpNet with zero transaction fees!!

ENJIN has its own wallet, marketplace, a marketplace API (that is currently closed beta) and probably the most exciting feature, which is coming this year, Efinity!!

Efinity - Scalable, decentralized, cross-chain network
designed to bring non-fungible tokens to everyone.

Its built on Polkadot using their parachain technology.

The Paratoken standard accepts tokens from any other chain, including the popular ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-20 standards.
In layman terms, they’re building the NFT super highway.
Efinity Token (EFI) will be the first Paratoken designed for fees, rewards, and liquidity.

Every asset on Efinity can be purchased with any cryptocurrency by using EFI as the intermediary currency.

For example, an imported coin such as ETH can be used to purchase a non-fungible token, since both ETH and the NFT have a common price in EFI.

I could go on and on and on talking about ENJIN.

Should you consider adding ENJIN to your portfolio?

Again, not financial advise but I’m personally super bullish on ENJIN.

It has real world utility. If they nail Efinity, they make mass adoption of their token very possible. Many coins require you to be a techy to figure out their wallet, how to send tokens, how to do anything can be very confusing. ENJIN and Efinity will make NFTs easy and mainstream.

NFTs aren’t just virtual items in video games.

It starts here but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Next it will virtual real estate and the end, real real estate. Physical real estate!!
