Warm Water – 480g
Edible Alkaline Powder – 2g
Konjac Powder – 19g
(Note: Ingredients above are not edible as a mix, please refer to the video for the recipe)

[Vegan 'Trotters']:
Fresh Beancurd Parcel – 3 slices
Dried Wheat Protein Chunks – 50g (11 pieces)
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms Stem – 80g
Peach Gum – 30g
(Note: Not suitable for menstruating women, pregnant women, or those with poor digestion)

[Braising Sauce]:
Olive Oil – as needed
Water – enough to cover the 'trotters'
Rock Sugar – 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 4 tbsp
Mushroom Vegetarian Oyster Sauce – 3 tbsp
White Sugar – 1 tsp
Ginger – 4 slices
Star Anise – 4 pieces
Bay Leaves – 4
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Mushroom Powder – 1 tbsp
Five Spice Powder – as needed
White Pepper Powder – as needed

[Tools]:
Toothpicks – as needed
Molds – as needed
White Vinegar – 1 tbsp
