Things can change in the blink of an eye, I've had to learn to be humble because we don't know what will happen tomorrow, in the next hour or ten minutes. Having IBD has taught me to cherish the moments.
Getting diagnosed with IBD can be a relief in many cases and in some still be a huge shock. Living with IBD can require massive lifestyle adjustment. Though there are actually many things we have in common whilst living our lives with IBD, there are still so many lessons we can learn from each other’s journey's be that living with Crohn's, Colitis or with an ostomy.
Our lives with IBD are stories of heroism and great magnitudes of self-reflection and realisations. In these episodes we are talking about our stories living with IBD and our struggles strife’s and blessings throughout this journey of living with IBD

I would love to hear from you in the comments and turn it into a bit of a discussion forum, where I can answer any questions or better yet learn from you guys!
