1/2 sdm kecap asin pekat lee kum kee (ganti kecap asin biasa jk tidak ada)
6 iris jahe
2 batang daun bawang
3 siung bawang putih
1 buah bombai
2 bunga lawang
1 batang kayu manis
1/4 sdt bubuk ngohiong
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
1/2 sdt lada
5 butir telur ayam rebus
500 ml beer
500 ml air
