Gyoza bersayap bersarang

Bahan isian:
350 gr daging babi giling
2 siung bawang putih
1 batang daun bawang
200 gr sawi putih (lumuri dgn 1/2 sdt garam setelah dicincang)
1 sdt jahe cincang halus
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdt gula pasir
1/2 sdt merica
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
1 butir telur ayam
1 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdm minyak panas
45 lbr Kulit dimsum

Campuran tepung (for 3 batches):
250 ml air
1.5 sdm tepung maizena

Saus cocolan:
2 sdm saus bangkok
2 sdm air

Winged Gyoza

For the filling:
350 gram pork shoulder
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk green onion
200 grams chinese cabbage (add 1/2 tsp salt)
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
1 egg
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp boiled hot oil
45 pcs dimsum or gyoza wrappers

For cornstarch water (for 3 batches):
250 ml water
1.5 tbsp corn starch

For easy dipping sauce:
2 tbsp Bangkok chili sauce
2 tbsp water
