To make crispy brushwood:
Cream - 100 g
Flour - 130 g + for working with dough
Salt - a pinch
Powdered sugar
Vegetable oil

1. Add a pinch of salt and cream to the flour. Knead soft non-sticky dough. Cover the dough with a bowl or cling film and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough thinly. Cut the dough into diamonds. Make an incision in the center of each diamond.
3. Heat up vegetable oil. Fry on each side until golden brown.
4. Put on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
