If you're planning to visit Jasper National Park, I highly recommend this hike. My girlfriend and I have explored many trails in Canada, and this one is definitely among our favorites.

Planning a trip? Here are some valuable tips to keep in mind: 👌👇

• The road to Maligne Lake, where the hike starts, is quite remote and bumpy. It takes about an hour to drive from Jasper Town 🚗

• There are no gas stations along the way, so make sure to fill up beforehand ⛽️

• The parking lot at Maligne Lake is quite large. If you arrive in the morning, you should be able to find a spot 🚐

• Parking is free 💰

• There are toilets at the parking lot, but no drinking water, so bring your own 🚰💦

• Mosquito spray is a good idea 🦟

• While the hike is relatively remote and less crowded, during high season you'll still encounter other hikers along the trail.
