Very interesting photo op montage of numerous abandoned, derelict old houses, Cottages, Churches, and some Monasteries. Photos taken around Kerry countryside. Some buildings are from the famine period some are much older and some are more recent. Once they were homes and communities and now most of these buildings will end up demolished to make way for new modern structures.or road widening as a lot of these houses were built at the side of the road in a time when cars were far fewer and narrow roads were sufficient for the volume of traffic.
