Back to the real fire, real wood! That is always extra flavor 😜 I understand that Shawarma must be done on the rotisserie or any other spinning/turning kit, but that would be double the amount of meat. Onions - 4 medium-sized
Salt - tablespoon
Bay leaves - 4 small-sized
Crushed Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 0.5 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika - 2 teaspoons(La Chinata)
Medium Curry Powder teaspoon
Allspice - 0.5 teaspoon
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Blue Fenugreek - 1t.s.
Soya Sauce - 3t.s.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Zest (Out Of One)
Lemon Juice - 1
Yogurt 500g (Around Half For Marinate)

Garlic Sauce:
Yogurt - 250g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Worcester Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Whole Grain Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Crushed Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Half Lime Juice
Oregano
Mint
Mayonnaise - 5 Tablespoon
Salt
Black Pepper
Brown Sugar
Dill
