ingredient
80-100 gr Cheese spread (can be cream cheese / grated cheddar)
100 gr/10 tablespoons water (can be milk)
30 gr (2 tbsp) Butter / Margarine Marga
4 eggs (separate whites and yolks)
10 gr / 1 tablespoon cornstarch
80 gr / 8 tbsp Wheat Flour (pro brand medium triangle)
75 gr sugar (you can add 100 gr)
NB: mixer the egg whites until stiff and foamy, the viscosity when reversed does not spill. don't over mix
Eggs are used at room temperature, not eggs from the refrigerator
~ Oven at 160° for 50-60 minutes, or according to your oven.
Roasted steam system, the bottom is given water
~ if steamed use low heat, time 12-15 minutes
