Built in 1928 this ranch was transformed into a 2-story monster, with 4100 finished square feet, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, finished basement, and a chefs dream kitchen! Walking into the house you notice the very large open floor plan! On the 1st floor you have an office with its own balcony, a dining room, family room, bathroom, and chefs kitchen. Gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout the 1st floor and up to the 2nd. In the family room you center your attention around the fireplace! Definitely gives off plenty of heat for those cold Denver days! Gorgeous bi-fold doors separate you from your backyard, but once opened all the way, the back patio feels apart of inside the house. 2 car garage in the back with an ally to gain access and more parking in front. My notorious “drop zone” coming in from the garage to the house to hang your jackets and store your shoes and belongings. Cant miss the kitchen, beautiful quartz countertops, top of the line appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a 1 piece slab of quartz for the enormous island!

Walking into the basement, you gain an extra bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, and flex room now that the space is finished! The greatest feature about the finished basement was done during the renovation stage. Vertex homes decided to dig the basement lower and re-pour concrete to gain an extra foot of height in the basement! Something most would never realize, but just goes to show the distance this company goes to make a great product!

Headed to the 2nd floor, you notice a beautiful stair and handrail system! Technically this is a form of floating stairs with an iron handrail custom built on site for this home. On the 2nd floor you have an awesome balcony located in there front of the house with great views! There are 2 bedrooms each with their own closet and bathrooms. Last but not least the MASTER bedroom! The Master consists of a large walk-in closet with washer/dryer hookups, and a large bathroom with soaker tub, walk-in shower, floating cabinets, and a separate room for the toilet. Awesome cabinet space in the master bathroom and top of the line fixtures!
