Ingredients:

LEMON RICE
Cooked White Rice- 3.5 cups
Oil-2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Asafoetida- ¼ tsp
Chopped Ginger- 1 tbsp
Chopped Green chillies- 1 tbsp.
Dried Red chilli- 1
Curry leaves- 2 Sprigs (10-12 leaves)
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp.

AVIAL(MIXED VEGETABLES)
Potatoes- 2 medium
Ash Gourd- 100 g
Carrot- 1 medium
Beans-50g
Yam-50g
Drumstick- 1
Raw banana- 50g
Grated Coconut- 1 cup
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp.
Curd/ Plain Yoghurt- 3 tbsp.
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs

BLACK CHANA ( BLACK CHICKPEAS) FRY
Cooked Chana- 1 cup
Oil- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- ½ tsp
