Dubke recipes ki series me aaj hum banane ja rhe hain delicious and protein rich “Bhatt k dubke”. Jo ki Uttarakhand/kumaun ki ek authentic re.cipe hai. Isme hum use karenge kaale bhatt ( black beans ). Black beans ko protein ka power house bhi kaha jata hai. Isliye agar aap health conscious hain aur koi protein rich recipe, except usual daal chawal, try karna chahte hain to ye recipe zarur try karein.

Hum apni sari recipes me iron ki kadhai ka use kar rhe hain for better iron absorption. Lekin agar aapke pass iron ki kadhai nhi hai to aap aluminium/ non stick kadhai ka bhi use kar sakte hain. Aluminium and non stick utensils hamari health k liye achche nhi hote isliye pahadon me iron ki kadhai ka hi use hota hai aur sari pahadi recipes ka asli swaad bhi lohe ki kadhai me hi aata hai.

Ingredients:
1. Kaale Bhatt (Black Beans) - 200 - 250 gms / 1 bowl
2. Garlic/ lehsun- 7-8 cloves
3. Oil
4. Jakhiya - 1 tsp
5. Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
7. Laal mirch powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Namak - as per taste
9. Rice flour(Chawal Ka Aata)- 1/2 bowl
