In a jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic chilli , grated coconut add little water and grind it.
In a cooker add oil, masala spices, fennel seed and mix well then add sliced onion and saute well , add sliced tomatoes, mix well and cook till tomatoes are smashy , add soaked peas mix well then add Drumsticks, mix well then add the masala and cook it till the smell changes, add one spoon curd and mix well then add washed and soaked 1 glass of rice for that add 2 glass of water, salt and give mix finally add ghee and close the cooker lid and get 2 whistle. Now super tasty Drumstick Rice / Palav is ready and serve it with raitha 😋.
