In Part 1 of this 2 part project we built the Datapak image on the PC now we need to erase an EPROM Datapak using a UV light formatter, then we need to connect the Organiser to the PC with a Serial Comms Link, test the connection before we can transfer the pack image to the newly formatted Datapak in the Organiser. The term is to MAKE the Datapak. We need a PSION Organiser Comms Link connected to an RS232 Serial Port named COM1 or COM2. We need the "Personal Computer Development Pack's" DOS Commands CL.EXE and MAKE.EXE and if we are working in Windows we probably need to run everything in DosBox.
