Street Style Dahi Bhallay Recipe by Masterchef Menu

Ingredients in English:

For Bhallay:
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp or to taste
Water- ¾ cup

For Tamarind Sauce:
Tamarind water – 1 cup
Sugar- ½ cup
Spice Mix- 1 tsp

For Green Chutney:
Mint Leaves- ½ cup
Yogurt- ½ cup
Cream- 1 tbsp
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt- ½ tsp

For Dahi Bhallay
Yogurt- 1½ cup
Cream- ½ cup
Powdered Sugar- ½ cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Boil Chickpeas- 1 cup
Boil Potato- 1 cup
Cabbage- as required
Onion- as required
Green Chillies- as required
Green Coriander- as required
Papri- as required

Directions in English:
Mix gram flour, baking powder and salt and tap through the strainer. Add water gradually, the mixture should be fluffy and when put in water, should come up. Fry bhallay on medium heat till golden brown. Add some salt in a lukewarm water and soak them for 10-15 mins. Then squeeze them.

Cook the tamarind sauce for 10-15 mins till it gets thick. Make green chutney with the required ingredients. Make yogurt mix with the mentioned ingredients. Assemble Dahi Bhallay as shown in video. Yummy & Delicious Dahi Bhallay's are ready to serve. Enjoy: )

Bhallay ke liye:
Besan – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Namak – 1 tsp ya zaiqa mutabiq
Pani – ¾ cup

Imli Sauce ke liye:
Imli ka pani – 1 cup
Cheeni – ½ cup
Spice Mix – 1 tsp

Hari Chutney ke liye:
Podina Pattay – ½ cup
Dahi – ½ cup
Cream – 1 tbsp
Cheeni – 1 tsp
Namak – ½ tsp

Dahi Bhallay ke liye:
Dahi – 1½ cup
Cream – ½ cup
Cheeni Powder – ½ cup
Doodh – ½ cup
Uble Channay – 1 cup
Uble Aloo – 1 cup
Band Gobi – zaroorat ke mutabiq
Pyaaz – zaroorat ke mutabiq
Hari Mirch – zaroorat ke mutabiq
Hara Dhania – zaroorat ke mutabiq
Papri – zaroorat ke mutabiq

Directions:
Besan, baking powder aur namak ko chhan lain. Dheere dheere pani dalain, mixture ko halka aur fluffy banayein, aisa ke pani mein dalain tou oopar aa jaye. Bhallay ko medium heat par golden brown hone tak fry karain. Halkay garam pani mein thora namak dal kar bhallay 10-15 minute ke liye bhigo dein. Phir nikaal kar nichor lein.

Imli ki sauce ko 10-15 minute pakaain jab tak woh gaadha na ho jaye. Hari chutney tayar karne ke liye zaroori cheezain mix karain. Dahi ka mixture tayar karain di gayi cheezon ke sath. Dahi Bhallay ko video ke mutabiq assemble karain. Mazedaar aur lazzatdar Dahi Bhallay tayar hain. Enjoy karain :)
