We're back to working on our food plots after we were unsuccessful with the buckwheat this summer. We're going to plant winter wheat again for the fall, but we want to give the ground some nutrients, more so for the spring when we put in our cover crop.

It hasn't rained in quite some time and the ground is super hard and dry. Our plan was to break it up before putting down the lime, but we quickly switched gears after realizing we don't have the proper equipment for these conditions and honestly, it's not necessary right now.
