On March 25, 2024 the very first European Sleeper train has departed Bruxelles-Midi (Belgium) for its inaugural journey to Praha hl.n., Czech Republic.

European Sleeper train ES 453 Brussels-Prague stops in Antwerpen Centraal, Roosendaal, Rotterdam Centraal, Den Haag NS, Amsterdam Schiphol-Airport, Amsterdam Centraal,
Amersfoort Central, Deventer, Bad Bentheim, Berlin Hbf, Berlin Ostbahnhof, Dresden-Neustadt, Dresden Hbf, Bad Schandau, Decin hl.n., and Usti nad Labem hl.n.

We have travelled aboard a CIWL Type P Sleeping Car.

The entire train consisted of 15 passenger cars, including 2 sleeping cars and 13 couchette cars.
5 couchette cars were leased from Euro-Express.

The train was hauled by the Lineas Bombardier Traxx 186 291-1 (F140 MS).
