1️⃣: HIGH KNEES ⁣
This one is one of my favorite exercises to do with monkey feet because you can do whatever weight you want as well as going HEAVY! Great for grasping single-leg stability as well as building from the core down! ⁣

2️⃣: LEG RAISES⁣
These are GREAT for strengthening your hip flexors and core✅ ⁣

3️⃣: HAMSTRING CURLS ⁣
You will feel the burn with these!! Only a couple reps in and man🔥 Hit your hamstrings from a new angle! 👀⁣

4️⃣: WEIGHTED PULL-UPS⁣
For those who are advanced beasts, use Monkey Feet to build an even stronger pull-up and get more gains. Your lats will thank you... And your hips, no more using belts on ur hips with heavyweight... 🚮⁣

5️⃣: DONKEY KICKS⁣
Ahhh! The HOLY GRAIL for your GLUTES!! You will never see me at a cable machine ever again for leg day😂 No more waiting for it to be available on leg day... Not only that but for my home gym-ers, if you’ve got some dumbbells at home, you can still get your gains AT HOME. ⁣

6️⃣: LEG EXTENSIONS⁣
Quads are soo important when it comes to building leg strength. This workout will have you building your quads effectively and most importantly, it's safe on your knees! 🙌🏻 You can now do leg extensions in the comfort of your own home!⁣

7️⃣: STANDING HIP ABDUCTORS⁣
This is on my must list for building your glutes and strengthening your hips! Build your perfect peach without needing cable machines and now you can get a better range in motion!
