Carpal tunnel syndrome can be concerning because it leads to surgery for many. And sadly, they often have symptoms come back even after they’ve had a carpal tunnel release surgery.

It’s possible nearly always to fix carpal tunnel syndrome by addressing the root muscle imbalances along the nerve pathway. In carpal tunnel syndrome the median nerve is affected. The median nerve begins in the neck and runs down under the collar bone into the shoulder. Then it goes down the arm through the carpal tunnel and to the thumb, index finger and middle finger.

It’s usually in these fingers and the palm of the hand where the pain, numbness, tingling and weakness happens.
