This lamp made from hangers is very easy to make, especially if we have a miter saw and a drill press. The most difficult part is dismantling the hangers, removing the metal hook and the horizontal rod, but with a couple of tricks it works well. First, we cut the hangers in half into two parts. Next, we use the miter saw to cut each half at the angle we want to give to the lamp shade, and at the same time, we leave all the pieces the same length. Now I can use the drilling guide I made in the previous video to drill the holes in the hangers for the dowels. After cutting a wooden circle with the help of a circle cutting jig, I make marks every 12 degrees and drill holes to join the wooden hangers. In the center of that wooden circle, you need to drill a hole for the lamp holder, a simple job if it weren't for a little problem we see in the video.
