📋 INGREDIENTS:
Meat:
• 800 g pork fillets (approx. 1.76 pounds)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Black pepper, to taste
• Olive oil
• 1 onion, cut into strips
• 1 red pepper, cut into strips
• 1 green pepper, cut into strips
Sauce:
• 60 ml soy sauce (¼ cup)
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
• 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
• 1 tbsp corn starch
• 80 ml water (⅓ cup)
Garnish:
• 500 g basmati rice (approx. 2 ½ cups uncooked)
