How, How to make, how to shrimp Dejonge, to make De Jonge butter, trim 4 slices white bread and trim off the crust, cube bread and place in a mixing bowl, add 1 a half sticks softened butter, 1 /3 cup Italian bread crumbs,1/2 cup of dry or sweet vermouth ,2 rounded tablespoon chopped garlic , 1 tablespoon granulated garlic 2 tablespoon ground parmesan cheese, ,mix all together until blended.1 cup Heinz ketchup,1 tablespoon ground prepared horseradish, the juice of half a small lemon ,1 teaspoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce, mix all together. Cook shrimp with cool water, dry bay leaves, a salty like the ocean. Cover shrimp with water by a few inches, cook covered about 5 minutes until they curl. place 5 to 6 shrimp in a casserole dish and cover with your softened butter, bake about 15 to 20 minutes to brown. If needed place under your broiler until brown.
