For the ground beef filling:

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1½ cups corn

For the black bean filling:

- 2 cups cooked black beans
- ⅓ cup vegetable broth
- salt & pepper to taste

For the topping:

- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups grated white cheddar
- chopped parsley + sour cream to garnish
