Prepare some diced beef, marinate it for 15 minutes with:
Cooking wine, Soy sauce, Cornflour, Cooking oil and Black Pepper,
Heat Cooking oil in pan and stir fry some Peeled Garlic until turning brown,
Stir fry the beef until colour changed, add the Garlic to mix well,
add Oyster oil and Dark Soy sauce (or other colouring agent)
keep stir-frying for about 3 minutes, add your favourite seasonings before serving.
