Barbaros Andıç ile plato ve setlerdeki deneyimleri üzerine bir söyleşi gerçekleştirdik. Asıl mesleği oyunculuk olan Andıç’ın setlerdeki deneyimlerinden yola çıkarak Türk sinema endüstrisinin yapımcılık pratiklerini, plato ve setlerdeki mevcut durumları, kariyer gelişimini ve üniversitelerin bu süreçteki ideal rollerini ele aldık. Lisans eğitimini Hacettepe Üniversitesi Devlet konservatuarı sahne sanatları, yüksek lisansını İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi sanat yönetimi bölümlerinde, doktora çalışmasını ise Maltepe Üniversitesi’nde iletişim bilimleri alanında yapan Barbaros Andıç, bir çok dizi ve filmde rol alarak akademik birikim ile sektörel deneyimi harmanlamış birisi. "Kimse Bilmez", "Cesur Yürek", "Kördüğüm", "Filinta", "Arka Sokaklar" ve "Kurtlar Vadisi: Pusu" gibi birçok yapımda rol alan Barbaros Andıç ile birlikte oyuncusundan teknik personeline, üniversitesinden belediyesine, girişimcisinden sanat yönetmenine sektörün bileşenlerini analitik ve bütüncül bir bakış açısı ile ele alarak plato ve set meselesini değerlendirmeye çalıştık. We had an interview with Dr. Barbaros Andıç about the film set and his experiences on the sets. Based on the experiences of Andıç, whose main profession is acting, on the sets, we discussed the production practices of the Turkish cinema industry, the current situation on the film plateaus and sets, career development and the ideal roles of universities in this process. Barbaros Andıç, who completed his undergraduate education in Hacettepe University State Conservatory performing arts, his master's degree in art management at Istanbul Kültür University, and his doctorate in communication sciences at Maltepe University, is a person who has blended academic knowledge and sectoral experience by acting in many TV series and films. He took part in many productions such as popular Turkish serials of "Kimse Bilmez", "Cesur Yürek", "Kördüğüm", "Filinta", "Arka Sokaklar" and"Kurtlar Vadisi: Pusu". Together with Barbaros Andıç, we tried to evaluate the issue of film plateaus and set by considering the components of the sector, from the actor to the technical staff, from the university to the municipality, from the entrepreneur to the art director, with an analytical and holistic perspective.
