MILTON GUEDES

Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Milton Guedes started on flute at choir Mirim Sesi. Then it was self-taught on the guitar and harmonica and learned saxophone with a neighbor. At 18 he joined with his brother, Marco Guedes, and three other friends ara form the band "Sunset".

Milton went on to play in bars of Brasilia and in 1986, Oswaldo Montenegro saw him playing sax and end of the show was to talk to him. A week later, the two arrived in Rio to rehearse the play "The Minstrels." In addition to this, Milton also participated in "Aldeia dos Ventos" and "Dance of Signs." [4]

In 2004, parallel to the work you do with Sandy & Junior and Claudio Zoli, Milton also participated in the recording of the first DVD of the Rio Group New Clothes, the RoupAcústico. In the same year, he sang a song in the Disney movie "It happened in New Mickey Christmas". Also debuted with soulfunk band in which is the lead singer. The band ended its activities in 2007, as most of its musicians also part of the band Sandy & Junior.

In 2006 still continued to play with the band New Clothes on their second DVD, roupaacústico 2, DVD went gold. In this DVD, he played accompanied by Daniel Musy, current saxophonist of the band.

In 2007 he released the CD "Certain Things". The repertoire reveals the influences of the artist on careful readings of great national and international successes. One of the most expressive Brazilian musicians, Nelson Faria carries in his musical luggage recorded 12 CDs, eight books - two of them with issues in the US, Japan and Italy - a DVD with the group Our Trio and video class Master Touch. In addition, participating as a musician, arranger and / or producer on more than 200 CDs of various national and international artists. Currently, Nelson Faria also serves as a professor at the University of Örebro, Sweden, and work alongside the most important bigbands in Europe and the US as arranger and soloist. Since March 2015, is also host of "A coffee at home," posted on the web.
