Pork Minced meat-1 kg
Red onion-1.5 kg
Coriandor root or head-3/4 root
Big red pepper-2/3
Ginger-10g
Chili paste-2 small box (100g)
Oyster sauce-1 tablespoon
Ketchup-3 tablespoons
Chili sauce-1 tablespoon
Oil-3 tablespoons
Shao Xing Liquor-3 tablespoons
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder-less needed
Homemade Anchovies powder - 1tsp
Homemade mushroom powder - 1tsp
Light Soy Sauce - 1tsp
Salt - optional
