75 soft challenge week 1! I chose to transform my wellness game and took on the challenge in which, for 75 days straight, I will improve my fitness, water intake, nutrition, personal development through reading, and document my progress.

I'll take you along the first week that started off in my mellow luteal phase, go through the rules, including my own variations and the bonus rule of learning swahili language, show you my meals and workouts, and finally reflect on how each rule took me and what benefits i am noticing - mental health, self care and taking responsibility of your own life are big ones!
