以前去台灣出差，同事會帶我去食黑白切，意思是隨便切一些冷盆食物，喝瓶台灣啤酒和一碗麵，就是一個味美晚餐。粉肝是其中一種冷盆食物，很懷念它的味道，於是自己弄一份來吃。

滷水材料：
薑十數片
大葱(京葱)1棵
蒜頭2粒
杞子約10g
花椒約5g
八角約5g
月掛葉數片
五香粉約1茶匙
紹酒約3茶匙
生抽約1湯匙
芫茜數棵
適量胡椒
適量鹽

醬汁材料：
薑絲
葱花
大葱絲
紅辣椒
熱油
生抽
蠔油
麻油

When I were on business travels to Taiwan before, my colleagues there would take me to some local restaurants specialized in cold cut food (what they call "black & white cut"), several dishes of cold cut food, a bottle of Taiwanese beer then a bowl of noodle, it was a delicious dinner. Cold Cut Soft Pork Liver was one of the cold cut food which I missed very much, so I make it myself.

Spiced Sauce Ingredients:
Some sliced Ginger
1 piece of Leek
2 cloves of Garlic
10g Wolfberry
5g Sichuan Peppercorn
5g Star Anise
Several pieces of Bay Leaves
1 tsp 5 Spices Powder
3 tsp Chinese Yellow Wine
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Several pieces of Coriander
Pepper and Salt to taste

Sauce for Serving:
Shred Ginger
Diced Spring Onion
Shred Leek
Diced Red Chili
Hot Oil
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Sesame Oil
