Hello everyone and good day! This afternoon I did some thick sliced sashimi and it was pretty easy to do. I don't think there is any rule on how thin or thick your cuts can be, so I went all out as I like em' thick, lol! Please enjoy the video and thank you!





INGREDIENTS:
1 SALMON FILET
1 SEA BREAM FILET
1 OCTOPUS
1 FATTY TUNA FILET
1 PK SHISO LEAVES
1 RED TOMATO
1 WHITE ONION
1 ROASTED LARGE GARLIC
1 PK SHREDDED DAIKON RADISH
GINGER
WASABI
