The Best Denver Omelette, really? Well I could not find another one, so I guess it is. Actually, it really is a great omelette. While we were traveling through Yellowstone Park we always seemed to find Denver omelettes on the breakfast menu. I am use to a Western omelette or a Spanish omelette or a Mexican omelette, but had not heard of a Denver omelette. Well since the others did not seem to be listed anywhere we went the Denver omelette became my go to for breakfast. I love cooking and eating omelettes and my Blackstone griddle is made for cooking great omelettes. When I videoed this I cooked breakfast for allot of people so be watching for other omelettes and breakfast meals cooked on the Blackstone. I cooked plenty that day. I cooked western omelettes, Mexican omelettes, sausage and eggs and a few dozen pancakes.
