In this video, we teach you an easy manual therapy technique to stop cervicogenic dizziness. The technique is called a cervical SNAG and has been clinically proven to help relieve the symptoms of cervicogenic dizziness and headaches. The towel is placed a the base of the head and in line with the tip of the nose. You should perform 1-2 reps on your first go to make sure in agrees with you. The SNAG should not cause pain or dizziness. If helpful, you can perform this technique several times per day if you feel dizziness or neck tightness. Stop and consult your MD or physio if this makes you feel worse. More tips at ‪@physiotipswithmarrow5836‬ . For PT treatment in Florida, check out https://australianpt.com/
